All of our expenses are paid directly by the users of the airport, though if you consider all of the other jobs generated by the airport in the region, a total of 3,731 jobs are created. For every job created, the airport generates over $156,258 in local money. Your business can utilize our position as an economic engine in the community and region to increase your productive, efficiency, and bottom line profitability. From industrial lots in close proximity of the airport to on-airfield master lease holds, the St. Louis Downtown Airport will work with you and your development agency to ensure you’re provided with space conducive to your business’ success.

Availability and Cost



The 170-acre lot has plenty of room to expand with 103 acres available and low lease rates. There are no personal property taxes, and county business incentives and assistance are available.

It contains guidelines that show how the airport is poised to expand and where there are opportunities for your business. Each of the lots described below should be treated as illustrative only. The St. Louis Downtown Airport will work with you and your development agency to ensure that all of your needs for space, access, and utilities are met. Aeronautical Property

Aeronautical Property is property at the airport for development that can ONLY be used for direct aircraft use. Example permitted uses include: hangars, FBOs, ramps, tie downs, cargo facilities, and other associated uses.
