Saint Louis University’s Aviation Summer Academy has returned to the St. Louis Downtown Airport.
Twenty-two high school seniors from eight states are participating in Saint Louis University’s Aviation Summer Academy, which started on June 10. The group will spend the week learning more about the aviation industry and the university’s aviation program through hands-on experiences, networking opportunities and presentations by guest speakers.
The students will visit Saint Louis University’s hangar at the St. Louis Downtown Airport and have the opportunity to experience flying in high-tech simulators, climb into the cockpits of various aircraft and take to the skies with certified flight instructors.
